Owner, Peter Downes
The
prototype for Peter’s model is a British Rail Class 73 Electric /
Diesel locomotive. Peter's
5" gauge model started life as a kit from Model Engineering Supplies but
Peter has spent over two years extensively modifying the kit and adding
a host of detailed parts. The
model is painted in the VSOE (Venice Simplon Orient Express) colour
scheme.
